Projects can begin with a single design phase or continue through construction documentation. You decide how far you'd like to take the design process.
What Happens
We'll meet on-site to walk through your property, discuss your goals, identify opportunities and challenges, and establish the project scope.
Client Provides
Property address, inspiration images, HOA requirements (if applicable), existing survey (if available).
Studio Provides
Site assessment, project recommendations, proposal and fee estimate.
What Happens
I develop initial design concept package that explores layout, circulation, outdoor living areas, planting zones, and overall character.
Client Provides
Feedback on the concepts, priorities and preferences.
Deliverables
Schematic design package including two concept plan views supported by inspiration imagery.
What Happens
The preferred concept is refined into a detailed design. Materials, planting, grading considerations, lighting, and other site elements are coordinated.
Client Provides
Material preferences and budget input, approval to proceed to construction documents.
Deliverables
Refined landscape concept plan, material palette.
What Happens
The approved design is translated into drawings that contractors can use for pricing and installation.
Client Provides
Final design approval.

Landscape construction documents.
